About Me
My name is Danielle Penniston and I am a fully qualified Reflexologist and full member of the AoR, training with the Temple Academy of Reflexology at Level 3 Qualification.
I am passionate about holistic health and wellness, with a particular interest in reflexology. My journey into the world of alternative therapies began as a quest for natural healing solutions, and I’ve been captivated ever since.
Reflexology, with its focus on the feet ( and also on the ears, hands, and face), resonates deeply with me. I love how it promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and supports overall well-being by connecting different areas of the body through touch. I believe that our bodies have an incredible capacity to heal themselves, and holistic treatments provide a beautiful pathway to harness that potential.
I enjoy exploring new techniques and learning about various holistic practices. Whether it's attending workshops, reading the latest research, or connecting with others in the wellness community, I’m always eager to expand my knowledge.

I'm a fully qualified reflexologist and a proud member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR), the UK's leading professional body for reflexologists. As a full member, I adhere to a strict code of practice, undertake ongoing professional development, and work to the highest standards of care, safety and ethics.
I trained at the Temple Academy of Reflexology, known for its thorough and in-depth approach to reflexology education. My training covered foot, hand and facial reflexology, and gave me the knowledge and confidence to tailor treatments to each individual client.
